You inspire me to speak up and to stay strong .

It has been almost a year exactly since I remember waking up and reading the stories that Demi Lovato had gone into a treatment center. I remember hearing the rumors, the different stories, no one knew what had happened, what was going on; I remember feeling the shock, the reality setting in. Demi was on top, her career was starting to take off; she had just released her new movie Camp Rock 2, and then immediately went on a world tour with Jonas Brothers. I remember seeing her perform, hearing her sing, she was very happy at the time, at least it seemed that way. No one knew anything was wrong because it didn’t seem that way, it didn’t seem as if she was going through anything traumatic, she made the best out of what she had. In the past she had spoken about bullying and how she was bullied when she was younger, but what she didn’t speak about was the effect it had on her, mentally and physically. Everyone had finally put the pieces together, she was in treatment because the bullying and her past affected her and she was seeking help.
Throughout the three months she was in treatment I realized and saw how strong she was; watching her get help and admitting she needed it influenced me and still does influence me. After hearing all the stories about what had caused her to decide to get help, everyone, including myself was ready to hear the real story. After the three months in treatment I remember to be so ecstatic to finally see her happy and healthy and walk out of there with confidence. Her first interview about why she was in treatment, and why she knew she needed help was on 20/20 with Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts. Hearing the story from Demi herself and watching her emotions was something I will never forget. I could feel the pain she had gone through, the suffering the bullying caused her. Her words “I literally didn’t know why they were being so mean to me. And when I would ask them why, they would just say, “Well your fat.” As she spoke those words tears had overtaken me, her words had spoken to me, and I knew that was her goal, to make an impact on the ones going through the same thing as she was.
I made a promise to myself, after seeing what she had been through and coming out stronger, that if she could go through that pain and suffering and still stay strong, so can I.  A couple of months later Demi came out with her first single, from her newest album. The song was called “Skyscraper”; I could hear her raw emotion, and her passion that she had put into that song. I could feel what that song meant to her because it meant the same to me. “You can take everything I have; you can break everything I am, like I’m made of glass, like I’m made of paper, go on and try to tear me down, I will be rising from the ground, like a skyscraper”. I will always look up to Demi Lovato knowing that I can stay strong through anything in my life because she did. She made it through the most difficult time in her life and came out a stronger and better person. She will always be my hero because of that.

The Story of Life

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there to serve you some sort of purpose,to teach you a lesson,or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be,but when when you lock eyes with them, you know at that very moment they will affect your life in some profound way.

And sometimes, things happen to you that may seem horrible, painful and unfair at first.but in reflection you'll find that, without overcoming those obtacles, you would never realize you potential, willpower, heart or strength.Everything happens for a reason.Nothing happens by chance or by means of goodluck.

If someone hurts you, betrays you,or breaks your heart, forgive them for they have help you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious when you open you heart. If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally not only because they had love you,but in a way they are teaching you to love and how to open you heart and eyes to things.

Make everyday count.Appreciate every moments and take from those moments everything that you possibly can for you may never be able to exprecience it again.Let yourself fall in love.Tell yourself that you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you dont believe in yourself,it will be hard for others to believe in you.You can make of your life anything that you wish.Create your own life and then go out and live it with absolutely no regrets.

Most importantly,if you love someone, tell him or her for you never know what tomorrow may have in store. And learn a lesson in life each day that you live.

                            Thats the story of life.....
